Billy Hines

Billy is a Producer and the Principal of Co Created Media. With his brother Christopher, Billy founded Co Created Media and oversees the company’s exciting film and television slate. Prior to Co Created, Billy acted as a Principal for H2L Media Group where he produced film and television that were celebrated by the independent community. Always hungry for the next great thing, Billy spent much of his early years acquiring and developing intellectual property through his company Floodhouse Films. As a young producer and investor at Radical Studios, Billy raised $16 – 20 Million in capital for their projects. He also oversaw the creation of graphic novels that were later developed in to features.

Billy is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and a proud native of Louisiana where he created a credit facility that helped finance films shot in his home state.
