Steve Sims
Steven Sims is a film and television producer from a small town in northern Minnesota. After moving to Los Angeles, he began his career at UCLA Medical Center before transitioning into the entertainment industry. He started as a creative executive at Argonaut Pictures, later joined H2L Media in 2012, and is now a partner at Co Created Media.
His producing credits include Welcome to the Rileys, Blood, Marlowe, Dead Man’s Wire, and The Novice—winner of Best Picture at the Tribeca Film Festival and nominated for five Independent Spirit Awards. A personal career highlight for Steven was spending a summer in Bangkok, where he co-created, wrote, and executive produced Netflix’s first Southeast Asian original series, The Stranded.
